Komar needed a fulfillment solution built for the nonstop variability of a 3PL environment—where SKU counts, order profiles, and retailer programs change from week to week. Their manual, pick-module-based workflows created bottlenecks as the operation grew. Long pick paths, limited physical space, and the need to repeatedly reconfigure processes made it difficult to scale or take on new programs.

Operators faced fatigue and ergonomic strain from excessive walking and bending, while manual batch picking left room for errors that led to retailer chargebacks.
